Coir Log Features
Coir erosion control logs have several features that equip them for use in natural environments or in areas that require a vegetation system. Features for coir logs include:

While our standard sizes for coir logs do not include a log with an 18" diameter, there is a 16" log that could also work for your area.
In order to reach your desired length of approximately 100', a great option would be to connect the coir fiber rolls together upon arrival at your site. Dealing with smaller section logs that connect can make installation and transportation on your site easier.

Manufactured with 100% coir fibers encased in a rhombic coir netting, these high-density erosion control coir logs are known for solid performance in the most demanding situations and for the longest duration in the field.
Pre-Drilled Coir Logs
Amazingly convenient, the installation of these coir logs is a snap. They use fewer stakes; simply secure them with stakes through the pre-drilled slots in the logs. The slots can also be used for planting seedlings. The slots are approximately 2 feet apart. Pre-Drilled Erosion Control Coir Logs are available in standard or high-density options and a variety of sizes.
