These Erosion and Sedimentation Control Mats are the ideal choice for wetland restoration projects, stream bank restoration applications and other area with moderate to high flows. Featuring a weight of 780 g/sq. meters, these erosion control mats are 100% biodegradable for all natural control.
Coconut fiber mats are made from a bristle coir twine and are woven in an open weave design that allows for vegetation to be established both before and after installation. These mats are part of longest-term erosion control variety and will biodegrade over a period of around 4 to 6 years.

Coir Erosion Mats are made in several different weights for stabilization in a range of locations. Additional weights and models include the following:
